Installed ASP Components
All our Windows plans support ASP .NET v1.x and ASP .NET v2, classic ASP, MS Access database support, detailed web statistics, FrontPage support, POP3 and SMTP (on port 25 and 26 for ISPs that block third party SMTP servers - E.g. Telstra and Optus), as well as access to your email via webmail.
Below is a list of ASP components we currently support and are installed to most of our Windows servers:

Most of our servers have these ASP components already installed and ready to go. Please contact support if you having problems accessing these components to verify they are installed and for us to check you code.
Please note that Microsoft discontinued support for CDONTS in Windows 2003 and isn’t supported on our servers.

Add/Remove Additional Features
You can add and cancel additional features such as web statistics,
databases and much more at any time.
Manage Email Accounts
You can add, update and remove email accounts easily.
Manage Email Forwarding
You can add, update and remove email forwarders from Helm.
Manage MRAs
MRAs (Multi-Recipient Addresses) allow you to setup an address that will
forward to one or more email addresses.
Manage FTP Accounts
You can add, update and remove FTP accounts.
FTP accounts can be set to have specific read and write permissions.
Manage ODBC DSNs
You can add, update and remove ODBC DSNs for
MS Access, MS Excel, MySQL and MS SQL.
Because all database management is controlled by Helm, adding ODBC DSNs is very
straightforward. In many cases adding a new DSN is as simple as typing the
name of the DSN and selecting the database from a list.
Manage Sub-Domains
Sub-domains allow you to use full host names to access subfolders within
your accounts, such as forums.mydomain.com. This is a great alternative when
the you don't need email etc for the sub-domain, but just needs it for
a few webpages or files.
Manage Domain Aliases
Domain aliases will allow you to have additional domains that map your
website and email for another domain. This is also a great way of arranging a
way for you to test out a set up before a domain is 'pointing to' our servers.
Manage Shared SSL
You can set up shared SSL accounts for your site. This will allow
you to provide your own scripts and ensure that your site is secure, for credit card payments or downloading confidential
information.
File Manager
Helm provides a file manager that allows you to access all of
your disk space. It even includes a WYSIWYG editor at no extra cost.
Database Manager
This feature provides a quick overview of the databases that are installed
for a domain.
DNS Zone Manager
You can add, update and remove zone records. Helm allows
you to specify personal MX and Host (A) records for your domains.
Manage MIME Types
You can add, update and remove MIME types.
This allows you to add additional services such as WAP.
